To remove the AI Reklam Yöneticisi (AI Ads Manager) app’s access to your Facebook / Instagram data and have all stored data deleted, use either of the two options below.
Option 1 — Via Facebook (instant)
- On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Open Apps and websites.
- Find AI Reklam Yöneticisi in the list and click Remove.
- In the dialog, tick “Also delete posts, videos or events the app posted on your behalf” and confirm.
Meta then sends our app a data deletion request: your access tokens are invalidated immediately and your data in our system is deleted automatically.
Option 2 — By email
info@dijipak.com — send an email with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the full name linked to your Facebook account and, if applicable, the name of the page / ad account you manage.
- We send a confirmation email within 3 business days of receiving your request.
- All of your data (identity details, page and ad account links, access tokens, reports) is permanently deleted within 30 days at the latest.
- We notify you once the deletion is complete.
Data we must retain
Invoices and accounting records subject to legal retention obligations are kept only for the period required by the applicable legislation, solely for that purpose, and are not used for anything else.
