How much is it per month?
It depends on the size of your site and how often you want changes. After a short call we send a quote that lists exactly what’s included. The quote is free and we reply within 12 hours.
I’m not technical. Is that a problem?
Not at all — that’s what this service is for. We do the technical work; you just tell us what to change. Even the report is written without jargon.
You didn’t build my site. Can you still look after it?
Yes. We take over WordPress and custom-built sites. We review the site first and tell you honestly about any risks. If taking it over doesn’t make sense, we’ll say so.
How quickly are changes made?
We reply to every request within 12 hours. Simple text and photo changes usually go live soon after. For bigger jobs, like a new page, we give you a clear date.
What if my site crashes or gets hacked?
Your site is backed up regularly. After an error, an attack or an accidental deletion, we restore it from the last clean backup. Then we explain what happened in plain language.
Am I tied into a long contract?
Getting a quote doesn’t commit you to anything. The service runs monthly, and the term and conditions are set out clearly in the quote. We go through every point with you before you sign.
Whose name are the site and accounts in?
Your domain is usually registered in your name. We can provide hosting or manage your existing account. Login details are usually shared with you as well; the specifics are confirmed in the quote.
