When will SEO start working?
SEO takes months; it isn’t a one-week job. How much changes, and when, depends on your industry, your site’s history and your competitors. So we don’t promise dates; we show you the progress in a monthly report.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
We can’t promise that, and nobody honest can. Google decides the rankings. What we promise is careful work that follows Google’s rules, and a clear account of it every month.
I’m not technical. Will I understand the reports?
Yes. We write them without jargon: which searches you show up for, how many people visited your site, what we did this month. If anything is unclear, just call or message us on WhatsApp.
SEO or Google Ads?
Ads start fast but stop when the budget does. SEO takes time, but there’s no fee per click. For most businesses the two complement each other, and we run both in the same team, under one plan.
Will I be tied into a contract?
We work flexibly. Because SEO takes time, we suggest planning for a few months. The term and conditions are set out in writing in your quote, and the quote is free.
How much does it cost?
It depends on competition, the size of your site and the area you want to reach. We look at your site first, then give you a clear quote. The price is agreed upfront, in writing.
Another company built my site. Can you still help?
Yes. We start by reviewing your site. On some platforms a rebuild may be the better option; if so, we’ll tell you straight.
How do I show up on Google Maps?
Through your Google Business Profile, your business card on the map. We set it up or tidy it so your address, phone, hours and photos are accurate and match your website. This is called local SEO.
