This Privacy Policy explains how Dijipak (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the AI Reklam Yöneticisi (AI Ads Manager) app, which we develop and operate, and of the dijipak.com website. It has been prepared in line with Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Meta Platform Terms.

2. What is AI Reklam Yöneticisi?
AI Reklam Yöneticisi (AI Ads Manager) is an advertising management tool that creates, edits and reports on campaigns on behalf of businesses that manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts and Pages. Through the Meta Marketing API, the app only accesses the accounts that the user has explicitly authorised.
3. Data we collect
When you authorise the app with your Facebook account, the following data may be processed:
- Identity information: your Facebook user ID, name and profile information (public_profile).
- Page data: the ID, name and category of the Facebook Pages you manage and of their connected Instagram accounts (pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement).
- Advertising data: ad account IDs, campaign / ad set / ad structures, budget and spend information, and performance metrics (ads_management, ads_read).
- Business data: account and Page assignments within Business Manager (business_management).
- Access tokens: access keys issued by Meta and used solely to make API calls.
Our website also processes the name, email address and phone number you choose to share through our contact forms, and the IP address and browser information recorded in server logs.
4. How we use your data
- To create, edit, pause and publish advertising campaigns on your behalf;
- To report on campaign performance and keep track of budgets and spend;
- To manage Pages and ad accounts belonging to more than one business, separately and securely;
- To respond to your service requests and meet our legal obligations.
Your data is never used for advertising profiling, sold to third parties, or used for any purpose not permitted by the Meta Platform Terms.
5. How we share data
Your data is shared only (a) with Meta Platforms Inc., to the extent required to make API calls; (b) with the hosting providers we use to deliver the service; and (c) with the competent authorities where the law requires it. It is not shared with any other third party.
6. Retention and security
Access tokens are stored in encrypted form and become invalid when they expire or when authorisation is revoked. Campaign and reporting data is kept for as long as the service relationship continues; contact data is kept for the retention periods required by law. Your data is protected against unauthorised access by technical and administrative measures.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to find out whether your data is being processed, to request information about it, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. You can send your requests to info@dijipak.com; we will respond within 30 days at the latest.
8. Deleting your data
You can remove the app’s access to your data at any time and ask for all of your data to be deleted. For step-by-step instructions, see our Data Deletion Instructions page.
9. Cookies
dijipak.com uses a limited number of cookies for site functionality and anonymous visitor statistics. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when necessary; the current version is always published on this page.
